We are Expanding and Hiring Clinicians (LMSW/ LMHC/ LADAC/ LSAA) !
We are seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians to join our team. The Clinician under the supervision of the Clinical Director, will be responsible for providing services to clients with addiction and mental health diagnosis. This position requires an understanding of addiction medicine, and behavioral health. The Clinician will work closely with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide individualized care. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people in need and have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling services.
Assess and diagnose mental health, and substance abuse.
Develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services.
Educate clients and their families about addiction, mental health.
Actively participating in treatment team meetings and company training.
Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans.
Ensure all documentation is done in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
Job requirements
Licensed clinicians with CURRENT licensure in good standing in the state of New Mexico
Degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology or closely related field.
Experience working with individuals who have mental illness, and substance abuse disorders
