We are expanding and looking for a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) !

Position Overview:
The Working Clinical Supervisor is a dual-role position responsible for delivering direct client care and providing clinical supervision to assigned staff. This role ensures high-quality clinical services, supports compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters team development and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is experienced in behavioral health and substance use treatment and is comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on clinical work.
Key Responsibilities:Clinical Supervision & Leadership:
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff, including therapists and case managers.
Review and co-sign clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and billing readiness.
Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and assist in performance improvement as needed.
Support onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
Offer regular individual and group supervision and mentorship, ensuring services align with clients' treatment plans.
Assist in managing clinical crises, offering in-the-moment support and guidance to staff.
Serve as a resource for evidence-based practices in co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented treatment.
Deliver in-house clinical trainings in collaboration with other clinical leaders or trainers.
Participate in leadership and case review meetings to improve accountability, workflow, and service quality.
Monitor adherence to CRP's policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
Direct Client Services:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for incoming clients.
Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention as needed.
Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
Diagnose mental health and substance use disorders in accordance with DSM-5 and other clinical standards.
Collaborate with internal staff and external partners (e.g., medical providers, probation officers) to coordinate services.
Educate clients and their families about recovery, relapse prevention, and coping strategies.
Document all services in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner per federal, state, and internal guidelines.
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans to reflect changing needs and clinical goals.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning sessions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires the employee meets the criteria to be credentialed and privileged to conduct assessments as a qualified assessor. This is a supervisory position requiring more education and experience therefore, a person must have one of the following combinations of education, license and behavioral health work experience:
Master’s degree in a behavioral health related field.
An Independent Professional license is required (LPCC or LCSW) In addition if the employee is a licensed behavioral health professional; he/she must also be credentialed and privileged before conducting assessments.
Current Board approved supervisor.
Specialized knowledge of co-occurring substance abuse disorder assessment and treatment
Outpatient, and sober living, treatment setting; requires walking throughout the facility, in the office, and in the community.
Direct contact with clients.
Able to work non-typical hours with the need to work evenings, nights, or weekends based on the need of the organization to provide client care.
Current and valid NM Driver License with an acceptable driving record (as defined in the guidelines)
